About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead with a strong background in implementing Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, particularly within the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Cost Management. A key aspect of this role involves understanding and applying GxP requirements, including CSV/IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance within SCM configurations. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end SCM workstreams, from initial analysis and design to user acceptance testing and post-go-live support. This role requires direct engagement with client stakeholders, including documenting business requirements and translating them into effective Oracle Fusion configurations. Familiarity with lot/serial number traceability, quality holds, and regulated inventory practices is highly preferred.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience.
• Deep functional expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Cost Management.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics environments.
• Strong understanding of GxP requirements, including CSV/IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance as they relate to SCM configurations.
