About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Lead to guide our financial system implementations. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, focusing on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing financial solutions that adhere to US GAAP and IFRS standards, managing the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Financials projects from design through deployment. A deep understanding of financial closing processes, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting tools is essential. The role involves leading workshops, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with Finance stakeholders to achieve solution design consensus. Experience in regulated industries like Life Sciences/Biotech, with knowledge of audit controls, compliance, and SOX requirements, is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey complex financial solutions effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience.
• Specific experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing financial solutions for organizations operating under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proven ability to manage full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of financial closing processes, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting tools (e.g., FRS, BI Publisher).
• Experience leading workshops and gathering detailed business requirements.
• Experience driving solution design consensus with Finance stakeholders.
• Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and the configuration of internal controls within Oracle Financials.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Service implementation certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Manage the full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, encompassing design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead workshops and gather detailed business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Drive consensus on solution design for financial systems.
• Ensure financial solutions comply with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Configure internal controls within Oracle Financials to meet SOX compliance requirements.
• Explain complex financial solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
