About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance & PPM Techno-Functional Consultant who combines deep Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) domain knowledge with hands-on experience building and integrating AI-driven assistants (Oracle AI Agents or equivalent). The consultant will lead end-to-end finance and project implementations, drive process-to-technology transformations, and design AI agent solutions that improve self-service, streamline financial operations, and enhance project delivery visibility.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience (senior-level)
• Deep Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) domain knowledge
• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI-driven assistants (Oracle AI Agents or equivalent)
• Experience leading end-to-end finance and project implementations
• Experience driving process-to-technology transformations
• Experience designing AI agent solutions
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Billing)
• Experience with fit/gap analysis
• Experience defining solution architecture
• Experience recommending process improvements aligned to finance and project controls best practices
• Experience developing and delivering integrations between Oracle ERP/PPM and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, and custom services
• Experience designing and implementing reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, Web ADI
• Experience integrating with EPM/BI where required

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting) and Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Billing).
• Conduct fit/gap analysis, define solution architecture, and recommend process improvements aligned to finance and project controls best practices.
• Develop and deliver integrations between Oracle ERP/PPM and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware, and custom services.
• Design and implement reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, Web ADI, and integrate with EPM/BI where required.
