The role leads architecture, design, implementation, and integration, with a focus on B2C/B2B Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger. The architect connects business strategy with system architecture across B2C subscriptions and passes, existing accounting flows, and other B2B revenue models, designing scalable solutions for usage-based billing, deferred revenue, contract modifications, reconciliations, and high-volume accounting integrations in a compliance-driven environment. This is a remote position for candidates residing in the United States. The role serves as the principal technical architect, owning cross-module architecture and accounting impacts; designing usage-billing and revenue-recognition event models; and defining subledger-to-GL architecture, integrations, and reporting alignment. The architect is the design authority across implementation phases, establishes development and coding standards, mentors engineers, assesses Oracle quarterly releases, and supports production systems through a shared on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage. The position requires 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience, including 7+ years architecting and developing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, and experience with at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or major transformations. Lime offers medical, dental, and vision plans; company-paid life and disability insurance; company-funded mental health benefits; a 401(k) plan; an HSA with a monthly company contribution; paid parental leave; fertility and family-forming benefits; unlimited vacation, paid leaves, and 10 company holidays; complimentary Lime vehicle use in participating cities; a monthly phone allowance; learning and development days; and access to additional perks. Compensation may include a discretionary annual performance bonus and equity, subject to plan terms and eligibility.
