About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to serve as the onsite point of contact for a long-term managed services engagement. You will be the primary liaison between the client and SI, bringing functional depth across Oracle modules and structure to how work is prioritized and delivered.

Requirements

Oracle cloud functional with managed services experience
Functional depth across Oracle modules
Experience in resolving reporting issues
Experience in establishing prioritization processes and structuring intake, tracking, and delivery
Experience acting as a liaison between client stakeholders and a client team
Experience delivering work in line with managed services policies and SLAs

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Field Service modules
Experience with EPM and PPM areas

Responsibilities

Provide functional support across Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and Field service modules.
Explain and coordinate how modules integrate and exchange data, and troubleshoot cross-module issues.
Own the EPM and PPM area, a high-touch area for the client, with a focus on resolving reporting issues.
Establish a clear prioritization process and bring more structure to intake, tracking, and delivery.
Act as the day-to-day liaison between client stakeholders and the Client team, managing expectations for a hands-on, detail-focused client.
Deliver work in line with client Operate managed services policies and SLAs.
