About The Position

Accenture’s Oracle practice helps clients meet the challenges of digitization by leveraging know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve complex business problems. This role involves configuring Oracle solutions and can involve leading projects and teams or diving into workstreams. The practice covers both the functional/process side and the technical development/architecture of Oracle. Strong communication and people skills are essential to inspire teams. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
Minimum of 1 year of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements, demonstrate understanding of business needs, and recommend robust design.
Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes to transform their business with Oracle.
Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches to sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
Provide clients with design options using prototypes.
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create Record to Report solutions powered by Oracle Cloud.
Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions, ensuring integrated functionality.
Understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress on track/deliverables.
Gain the trust of clients, teammates, and managers to ensure project delivery.
Continuously grow skills to assist with business development and sales efforts.
Stay informed on leading industry trends and Oracle features to provide clients with optimal solutions.
