About The Position

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an Oracle ERP/PPM Support Analyst. This role provides technical/functional/production support for ERP and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Applications. The analyst will partner with Finance, PM, IT, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations, and support integrations. Additionally, the role will drive continuous improvement across core business processes such as project costing, billing, financial controls, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP/PPM
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle BI Publisher for report generating (generally using SQL)
• 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle IDR (Intelligent Document Recognition)
• Experience with how Oracle IDR works
• Experience with how to configure Oracle IDR
• Experience communicating with end-users to help with automating data
• Experience helping to manage the Oracle IDR tool
• Must have great communication
