About The Position

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an Oracle ERP/PPM Support Analyst. This role involves providing technical, functional, and production support for ERP and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Applications. The analyst will partner with Finance, PM, IT, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations, and support integrations. A key aspect of this role is to drive continuous improvement across core business processes such as project costing, billing, financial controls, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP/PPM
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle BI Publisher for report generating- generally using SQL
• 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle IDR (Intelligent Document Recognition) how does it work how to configure communicate with end-users to help with automating data help manage the tool
• Must have great communication
