About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM ARCS Implementation Consultant for a long-term remote role. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end configuration and deployment experience with Oracle EPM ARCS, including reconciliation profile setup, account grouping configuration, and data integrations with Oracle Fusion. Strong finance acumen and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.

Requirements

• Oracle EPM ARCS implementation: end-to-end configuration and deployment experience.
• Reconciliation profile setup and management: ability to design, build, and optimize recon profiles aligned to business requirements.
• Account grouping configuration: experience structuring and managing account hierarchies and groupings within ARCS.
• Data Integrations - Integration with Oracle Fusion: proven experience integrating ARCS with Oracle Fusion for seamless data flow and reconciliation.
• FX Rate Integrations, FX Rate Setups, Handling Intercompany Reconciliation in ARCS etc.
• EPM Automate and scripting for Automation tasks.
• Strong understanding of the financial close process and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ability to translate business/Finance requirements into ARCS configuration.
• Strong finance acumen: deep understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and the ability to communicate in finance language with business stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset: ability to quickly diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions independently.
• Ownership mindset: someone who takes end-to-end accountability for deliverables without needing hand-holding.
• Self-directed implementer: capable of working autonomously, managing their own workstream, and delivering results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
