About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Architect with strategic architecture leadership skills to provide design oversight and technical guidance across EPM transformation initiatives. This role requires expertise in Enterprise Data Management (EDM) design, hierarchy governance, metadata management, and master data strategy. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of integration architecture, including data flows, orchestration, and automation, as well as familiarity with Oracle EPM strategic roadmaps and enterprise architecture principles. Understanding of release management, deployment strategies, and environment management is also crucial.

Requirements

Experienced Oracle EPM Architect with strategic architecture leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Review and guide overall EPM solution architecture across Planning, EDM, integrations, reporting, and future-state capabilities.
Participate in design discussions, providing recommendations to ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
Advise on EDM design, hierarchy governance, metadata management, and master data strategy.
Optimize dimension, cube, and application design for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide guidance on integration architecture, including upstream/downstream system impacts and automation.
Navigate specific business complexities, data structures, and cross-functional dependencies.
Review and validate the EPM strategic roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and refine conceptual and target-state architecture models.
Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization across the EPM ecosystem.
Assess architectural implications of future business requirements and emerging Oracle capabilities.
Establish and advise on architecture governance processes, design reviews, and decision frameworks.
Provide release management guidance, including deployment strategies and migration planning.
Review impacts of quarterly Oracle updates and recommend adoption strategies for new functionality.
Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to architecture and data management.
