Requirements

Deep, hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience at a senior level.
Mastery in Planning (PBCS), Essbase calculations, metadata management, integrations, and security.
Demonstrated success managing complex EPM data flows and reconciliations.
Proven ability to work independently, quickly ramp up, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Oracle ERP Financials experience (GL, AP, FA, Projects).
Proficiency with ODI.
Background in financial services or regulated industries.
Oracle EPM certification.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support and continuous enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning/PBCS, Essbase, PCM, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, and EDM.
Build, optimize, and maintain complex calculations and business rules using Essbase, Groovy, and MDX.
Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot data integrations using Data Management/Data Exchange and ODI.
Configure, maintain, and secure metadata, user access, and operational controls across multiple EPM environments.
Validate and reconcile data loads, ensuring high accuracy and reliable downstream processing.
Support finance operations in forecasting, annual planning, and advanced financial modeling.
Execute system and regression testing, manage migrations, and perform environment refreshes and cloning.
Lead root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and Oracle Support.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including models, forms, and reports.
Contribute to the strategic execution of the EPM roadmap aligned with finance transformation goals.
