This role is for an Oracle EPM technical/functional resource who will independently coordinate efforts across EPM modules to ensure high-quality outcomes and optimize the user experience. Responsibilities include customer support, such as tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, testing, and resolution of cases. The role also involves streamlining processes, deploying automation where possible, and maintaining systems to meet business needs. The analyst will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financial and budgeting systems, collaborating with other technology teams and business leaders to ensure the performance of the toolset through Oracle EPM. The position can be filled at one of four job grade levels (I, II, III, or Senior) based on candidate qualifications, experience, and business needs.
