The Oracle Developer will be an integral part of a Scrum Team, responsible for the design, development, and ongoing support (including break-fix) of custom Oracle objects that support the Oracle r12 Maintenance/Financials solution. This role involves close collaboration with ERP Technical leads in Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials Implementation), assisting in the definition and review of technical requirements (including security, integration, and quality), and participating in the transition of functional designs to technical specifications. The developer will create detailed technical designs for individual components and architectural elements based on business requirements outlined in RICEFW functional designs, ensuring completeness and consistency, and proactively addressing any identified issues. Communication with the functional lead and project manager regarding potential project impacts is crucial. The role also requires collaboration with other developers, the functional team, and the technical team to ensure that configured and custom components align with application requirements. A strong understanding of key Oracle modules such as GL, AP, and AR is essential.
Requirements
- 5 years experience as developer within Oracle applications.
- Experience with SOA, JAVA, PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS financials
- US Citizen

Responsibilities
- Design, development, and break-fix support of custom Oracle objects supporting Oracle r12 Maintenance/Financials solution.
- Work closely with ERP Technical leads in Oracle E-Business Suite (Financials Implementation).
- Assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for the application, including security, integration, and quality requirements.
- Participate in transitions of the customization functional designs from the functional team.
- Create the technical designs for the individual development components, architecture components, based on the business requirements provided in the RICEFW functional designs.
- Confirm the completeness and consistency of the technical designs; resolve any inconsistencies discovered.
- Inform the functional lead and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project.
- Work with other developers, functional team, and the technical team to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of key Oracle modules such as GL, AP, AR.
