This role is for an Oracle EBS Analyst responsible for providing support for all aspects of the Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing system. The consultant will lead a functional and technical team in the enhancement and support of the Oracle eBS suite. This includes coordinating project assignments, ensuring project tasks are completed on time, and verifying that the application meets business requirements and goals. The role involves overseeing projects from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources to achieve desired business results. Experience with E-business Upgrade Methodology and project management is essential. The candidate will validate SCM & Finance Business flows and processes, provide solutions to user issues, and manage the defect lifecycle, including analysis, resolution, fixes, and retesting. Experience in Data Integration and Migration is also required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role also involves identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, collaborating with project teams, and developing standard project plans. Experience with Customization/Personalization of Oracle forms is needed. Systems supported include Oracle EBS.
