About The Position

This role is for an Oracle EBS Analyst responsible for providing support for all aspects of the Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing system. The consultant will lead a functional and technical team in the enhancement and support of the Oracle eBS suite. This includes coordinating project assignments, ensuring project tasks are completed on time, and verifying that the application meets business requirements and goals. The role involves overseeing projects from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources to achieve desired business results. Experience with E-business Upgrade Methodology and project management is essential. The candidate will validate SCM & Finance Business flows and processes, provide solutions to user issues, and manage the defect lifecycle, including analysis, resolution, fixes, and retesting. Experience in Data Integration and Migration is also required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role also involves identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, collaborating with project teams, and developing standard project plans. Experience with Customization/Personalization of Oracle forms is needed. Systems supported include Oracle EBS.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Oracle EBS suite.
3 or more years of progressive experience in implementing large-scale ERP projects.
Hands on experience in Analysis, design, Software Development, testing, and support of Oracle EBS suite.
Knowledge in E-business Upgrade Methodology and in project management.
Experience with Full Implementation Life Cycle, Support and upgrade projects in Oracle SCM/Finance modules (INV, PO, Shipping Execution, OM, ISupplier, IProcurement, Sourcing, AP, GL, FA) with excellent command over P2P cycles, GL, Inventory Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience in Data Integration and Migration.

Responsibilities

Providing support of all aspects of Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing system.
Leading a functional and technical team engaged in the continued enhancement and support of Oracle eBS suite.
Coordinating project assignments for staff or consultants working on assigned projects to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and staff are working at optimal efficiency.
Ensuring that the application meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end user requirements, and identify and resolve issues.
Overseeing projects from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results.
Validating the SCM & Finance Business flows and processes to provide the solutions to the users for any issues.
Managing the Defect Life Cycle, Defect analysis, resolution, fixes and retesting.
Facilitating the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
Collaborating with project teams and leading the development of consistent and standard project plans at the milestone level.
Customization/Personalization of Oracle forms.
