M9 Solutions is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Analyst to work onsite in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Secret clearance is required. Requirements

Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (experience may substitute for degree).
3–5 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Projects module experience.
Project Accounting (PA): WBS design, project templates, project types/classes.
Project Accounting (PA): Expenditures and expenditure organizations.
Project Accounting (PA): Budget setup and controls.
Project Accounting (PA): Cross-charge / borrowed-and-lent transactions.
Project Costing (PC): Cost distribution, adjustments, transfers.
Project Costing (PC): Burden schedule setup (indirect costs).
Project Costing (PC): Labor, usage, and miscellaneous cost processing.
Project Costing (PC): Integration with AP and PO.
Project Billing (PB): Billing events and invoice generation.
Project Billing (PB): Revenue recognition and funding limits.
Project Billing (PB): Billing types (cost-plus, T&M, milestone).
Understanding of integrations: GL (project accounting).
Understanding of integrations: AP (supplier costing).
Understanding of integrations: PO (project procurement).
Understanding of integrations: AR (billing/invoicing).
Experience with SIT and UAT testing.
Experience with Data reconciliation and validation.
Experience with Cross-functional team collaboration.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

Oracle EBS R12 Projects experience.
Experience with Federal project accounting (LOA, appropriations).
Experience with NICRA (indirect cost rate structures).
Experience with Grants Management / CAN / BACS.
Experience with Project Manufacturing or Project Contracts modules.
Experience with Data conversion/migration into EBS.
Experience with BI Publisher or Oracle Discoverer reporting.
Oracle EBS Projects certification or coursework.
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Familiarity with federal reporting requirements: FFATA
Familiarity with federal reporting requirements: DATA Act
Familiarity with federal reporting requirements: OMB A-123
Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Assist with gathering and documenting functional/technical requirements for Oracle Projects (Project Accounting (PA), Project Costing (PC), Project Billing (PB)).
Support the setup of project templates, project types, task structures, expenditure types, burden schedules, and billing configurations.
Document and validate integrations with GL, AP, AR, PO, and Federal Financials (FV).
Develop and execute test scripts (Unit, SIT, UAT); track and support defect resolution.
Assist with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE) documentation, testing, and validation.
Support data mapping, reconciliation, and validation during conversions and go-live.
Provide first-line support to end users; triage and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain configuration workbooks, test results, process flows, and support logs.
Work with BAs, developers, and federal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
