About The Position

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer will apply recent OCI engineering experience and Oracle database expertise in a federal IT environment. The role includes Oracle Database administration or engineering, Oracle Exadata, migration of on-premises Oracle databases to OCI, and infrastructure automation using IaC and DevOps practices.

The position is based in the Washington, DC/Sterling, VA area and follows a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule. Work is remote with up to one day per week onsite. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, currently reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and hold an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) engineering experience.
• Oracle Database administration or engineering experience.
• Oracle Exadata experience.
• Experience migrating on-premises Oracle Databases to OCI.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and automation.
• Red Hat or Oracle Linux experience.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Current residence in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
