About The Position

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Development Lead to design, develop, and optimize fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure formulas are robust, scalable, and compliant. The lead will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to fast formulas and providing guidance on best practices for formula development and deployment.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM fast formulas, including configuration, customization, and integration with other HCM modules.
Familiarity with tools such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle, and related reporting and analytics platforms.
Experience leading formula development projects, working with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining documentation for ongoing support.
