About The Position
Seeking a Principal with over 15 years of experience and expertise in Oracle SaaS SCM to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain management solutions. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and management of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions across the entire supply chain lifecycle. It requires collaboration with business stakeholders to capture and translate supply chain requirements into scalable Oracle SaaS SCM configurations. The position also drives continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Oracle SaaS capabilities to optimize supply chain processes, oversees the integration of Oracle SaaS SCM modules with other enterprise systems, and monitors industry trends and Oracle SaaS SCM updates to recommend system enhancements and maintain a competitive advantage. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams on Oracle SaaS SCM best practices, solution adoption, and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance related to SCM implementations and upgrades.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in Oracle SaaS SCM.
- Expertise in Oracle SaaS SCM.
- Experience in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain management solutions.
- Experience in leading the design, implementation, and management of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions across the entire supply chain lifecycle.
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders to capture and translate supply chain requirements into scalable Oracle SaaS SCM configurations.
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Oracle SaaS capabilities to optimize supply chain processes.
- Experience in overseeing integration of Oracle SaaS SCM modules with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in monitoring industry trends and Oracle SaaS SCM updates.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams on Oracle SaaS SCM best practices, solution adoption, and process improvements.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance related to SCM implementations and upgrades.
- Subject matter expertise in Oracle SaaS SCM covering key areas such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Costing, and Manufacturing.
- Experience in partnering with Capability Architects to develop and own test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases.
- Experience in coordinating with third-party partners to perform end-to-end supply chain integration testing.
- Experience in evaluating, executing, and documenting applicable test cases and results.
- Experience in articulating issues, impacts, and support needs effectively.
- Experience in leading full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle SaaS SCM covering key areas such as Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Costing, and Manufacturing.
- Partner with Capability Architects to develop and own test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases leading to quality assurance validations and project signoffs.
- Coordinate with third-party partners to perform end-to-end supply chain integration testing.
- Evaluate, execute, and document applicable test cases and results, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Keep stakeholders informed of testing progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Articulate issues, impacts, and support needs effectively across internal and external teams.
- Innovate and propose out-of-the-box solutions to enhance productivity and streamline supply chain processes.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Exhibit strong client-facing communication skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
