As an Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead Consultant, you’ll serve as the primary
functional expert for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud
Compensation solutions. Partnering closely with HR, IT, and business
stakeholders, you’ll deliver end-to-end compensation processes, including
salary, bonus, and workforce compensation cycles, while ensuring alignment with
organizational strategy and best practices.
