About The Position

We are seeking an Oracle Business Analyst to own functional support for Oracle EBS (on-prem) modules including Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory. This role involves triaging and resolving user requests, leading system testing, documenting process changes, and collaborating with various teams. A key aspect of this position will be contributing to the roadmap and execution of the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Oracle EBS functional experience (minimum 3 years)
• Experience supporting and/or implementing Oracle EBS modules
• Strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, and Inventory
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical teams and business users
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud

Responsibilities
