About The Position

This is a long-term contract position for an Oracle Applications Developer with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle Forms (6i, 10g), Oracle Reports (6i, 10g), and Advanced PL/SQL. The role requires working experience in workflows and business events, with knowledge of different modules of Oracle Financials. Experience with Tax & Custom processes is considered an advantage. The developer will be responsible for developing and modifying RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) according to business logic (MD50).

Requirements

• 8+ years of expertise in Forms6i, Forms 10g, Reports 6i or Forms 10g and Advanced PL/SQL.
• Working experience in workflows and business events.
• Expertise in Oracle Applications RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions).
• Comprehensive knowledge/experience in SQL, PL/SQL, writing reports, forms and debugging.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in different modules of Oracle Financials.
• Knowledge of Tax & Custom process is an advantage.
• Expertise in O2C end to end process.
• Good knowledge in Oracle Apps Standards, Table Structure, Architecture & DB.
• Knowledge in migrating objects.
• Knowledge in Developing new packages, procedures, and functions and updating existing packages and procedures, functions.
• Knowledge in Developing the workflows.
• Knowledge in Developing the API's as per business logic's for data updates.
• Knowledge in Developing the data extraction automation programs (.sql files developments) for data extractions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Write and debug advanced PL/SQL code.
• Develop and implement workflows and business events.
• Develop RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) as per business logic (MD50).
• Develop new packages, procedures, and functions, and update existing ones.
• Develop APIs for data updates based on business logic.
• Develop data extraction automation programs (.sql files).
• Migrate objects.
• Understand and adhere to Oracle Applications Standards, Table Structure, and Architecture.
