About The Position
iQuasar LLC is hiring an Oracle Application Developer / Information Systems Applications Specialist III for a 12-month contract with an option to renew for one additional year. The role supports the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) in maintaining Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. It is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is 100% virtual/remote. The listed rate is $60–$65 per hour, negotiable for the right candidate. All work authorizations are accepted.
Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion platforms.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Planning, Budgeting, Essbase, Smart View, and cloud modules such as FCCS, PBCS, or EPBCS.
- Meet one of the following education and experience combinations: 12 semester hours of Computer Science or MIS plus 3 years of experience in applications development and analysis; 156 hours of vocational/technical certification in applications development plus 3 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for OSDH EPM administrators, answering questions and resolving issues with the Oracle application.
- Provide technical and functional support for EPM applications and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Provide day-to-day production support, including troubleshooting, data loads, reporting, and security administration for the EPM ecosystem.
