Oracle ADF Consultant
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ADF Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ADF modernization, Java upgrades, WebLogic middleware, enterprise integrations, and application support. This role involves hands-on experience upgrading Oracle ADF 12c to ADF 14c, including ADF Faces, ADF BC, task flows, bindings, and WebLogic deployments. The consultant will also be responsible for Java modernization, upgrading JDK 8 to Java 21, remediating deprecated APIs, and managing the javax to jakarta migration. Experience with Java 21/GraalVM is essential. Additionally, the role requires strong experience with WebLogic 12c/14c administration, deployment troubleshooting, JVM tuning (G1GC/ZGC), and knowledge of SSL/TLS 1.3 compatibility. Experience with web services and OCI-based deployments is also key. The consultant will upgrade and validate REST/SOAP integrations, manage Jersey 1.x/2.x to 3.x migration, and work with SFTP/SSH integrations, Quartz Scheduler, and MyBatis. The position also includes enterprise application support and testing, with a focus on regression testing, performance benchmarking, production support, and UAT bug-fixing. Experience supporting mission-critical HR or financial applications in hybrid enterprise environments is required.
