Requirements
- Michigan RN License
- BLS certification
- 3 years of experience as an OR Manager
Responsibilities
- Supervise, hire, and train nurses, techs, and support personnel.
- Coordinate daily surgical room assignments and workflow efficiency.
- Oversee departmental financial performance, supply purchasing, and resource allocation.
- Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards.
