We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary position with the potential to become full time, OR Clinical Manager, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 position at our Palm Beach Gardens Office. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. Patient care is our top concern, and because we can provide both diagnosis and rehabilitative services, our patients know they can depend on our team for all their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned compassionate Nurse who is comfortable with in-office procedures, medical terminology, multitask oriented, motivated, able to handle a high volume of incoming patients, must be a self-starter and willing to learn all aspects of the ENT, Allergy and Audiology field.

Requirements

• Minimum two-year HANDS ON nursing experience
• Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures.
• ICU experience
• ER experience
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Management of staff
• EMR experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient calls
• Taking vitals
• Oversee staff and support day to day operations
• Scheduling diagnostic tests and surgery
• Preparing exam rooms
• Obtaining proper consent and ensuring proper scope of practice is followed
• Assist in office base surgery and patient recovery
• Cleaning and sterilizing instruments in accordance with CDC and ENTAAF guidelines
• Provide briefing of each patient to physician prior to entering the exam room
