About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an OR Assistant for our Ambulatory Surgery Center at Salmon Creek 2, where you’ll support a fast-paced, multi-specialty surgical environment. In this role, you’ll help prepare and turn over operating rooms, manage equipment and supplies, assist with patient transport and positioning, and support surgical teams to keep cases running smoothly. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow infection control protocols, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Maintain Basic Life Support certification
Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a medical setting
Operating Room setting preferred
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and medical terminology preferred
