Bottom of Form Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the sampling inspection of finished module shipments, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards before reaching customers. You will manage a team of shipping inspectors, providing training, conducting performance assessments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include organizing the workflow of the inspection team, addressing any issues or exceptions that arise, and ensuring timely, accurate shipments. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage both people and processes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree
  • Over 2 years of experience in managing OQC inspections of finished modules
  • Training related to shipping quality control management
  • Hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Shipping quality control management
  • Conduct sampling inspection of finished module shipments according to standards.
  • Inspect packaging appearance, vehicles, and boxing before shipment of finished modules, record information and archive.
  • Provide employee skills training and job process training.
  • Conduct employee on-site and off-site safety training.
  • Establish and supervise employee performance appraisal system.
  • Develop shipping personnel work schedules according to shipping plans.
  • Manage on-site shipping inspection personnel.
  • Contact and handle abnormal conditions identified during the shipping inspection process.
