About The Position

TMC Staffing is seeking a Quality Team Lead to help oversee the Production process, ensuring products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing product inspections, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, training staff on quality best practices, and leading cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction. 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform production audits: First Piece, In-Process , Finished Goods).
• Perform audits as specified by the Quality Plan and follow quality standard work
• Work in assigned area(s) in manufacturing.
• Use prints, procedures and process control plans to audit manufacturing process.
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and company policy requirements
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation
