The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Quality Lead on second shift to work at our sauces, and pickles processing facility in Holland, MI. Although, locally known as the “pickle factory”, currently pickles only make up 5% of the total production. In 2016 the factory installed grey poupon mills to allow the production of its iconic mustard. Job Overview: This position will consist of daily activities of analytical, statistical, and finished goods inspectors, assuring proper methods are begin used. Oversee work of full-time quality checkers. A successful candidate in this role is a fast learner, likes to observe and recommend changes to improve their jobs.
