About The Position

Wildflower Vision, part of the Ideal Eye team, is seeking a well-rounded professional to join their growing team immediately. This position is eligible for a 10K Sign on Bonus and Relocation. Wildflower Vision is dedicated to providing the ultimate eye care experience for every patient. The practice offers comprehensive services, including thorough eye exams, specialty contact lenses, and diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. Their complete eye care is tailored to meet the needs of every family member at different life stages, ranging from children's eye exams and comfortable contact lens fittings to co-managing laser eye surgery. Whether it's a child's first eye check-up or a routine visit for an adult, the team of professionals are committed to ensuring that families can see clearly and confidently.

Requirements

Texas-licensed optometry professional
Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
