About The Position

As a Server, you will be an ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine that are the hallmarks of our dining experience. This is a full-time, permanent role, starting November 2026. The starting rate of pay is $18.80 per hour, with recognized tenure through compensation increases after 6 months, yearly up to three years, at which point the pay rate would be $20.60.

Requirements

• Previous service experience in a fine-dining establishment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of guests dining experiences, providing a professional yet attentive rapport, attending to their requests
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Exceptional service, with knowledge of wines and specials
