About The Position
FYidoctors clinic in Sarnia is a flagship location, formed by the merger of 4 local Optometric practices and 1 Boutique Optical. This state-of-the-art, 5,300 sqft practice boasts a large and loyal patient base with significant diversity, allowing doctors to experience excellent variety in their work. The clinic offers full-scope Optometry for all ages, a modern dispensary with the latest fashion frames and lens technology, and an onsite edging lab for immediate service. It is supported by an automated full-service Manufacturing Lab in Delta, British Columbia.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree.
- Ability to provide full scope Optometry for all ages.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment such as OPTOMAP, Refractometer, Pachymeter, FDT, Visual field (Humphrey), OCT, Tonometer, and Topographer.
- Skilled in custom lens fitting using precise digital measurements.
Responsibilities
- Provide full scope Optometry for all ages.
- Utilize the latest in diagnostic equipment.
- Fit patients with custom lenses using precise digital measurements.
- Provide immediate and emergency service through the onsite edging lab.
