About The Position
DOCS Health is seeking Optometrists to provide refractions, eyeglass fittings, and treatment to Military Service members. This role primarily involves working weekends with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis in the State of VT. DOCS Health provides health readiness services to meet the medical requirements for a deployable military force for various branches including U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve. With over three decades of experience, DOCS Health is a trusted industry leader utilizing fixed-clinic, mobile treatment center, telemedicine, and portable deployment models. If a conditional offer of employment is made, candidates will undergo a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state
