Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
- strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a detail-oriented and methodical approach
- Excellent interpersonal qualities, including patience, empathy, and the ability to reassure anxious patients, are essential
