About The Position

Grand Rapids Ophthalmology is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join their thriving practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As West Michigan's leading comprehensive eye care provider, they are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through a collaborative, medically focused model. As a partner of EyeCare Partners (ECP), the nation's leading integrated network of ophthalmology and optometry practices, the Optometrist will have access to national resources while practicing with an experienced, physician-led local team. Grand Rapids Ophthalmology has been a trusted leader in vision care for over 40 years, with 12 clinic locations, 2 surgery centers, 12 Ophthalmologists, and 25 Optometrists. They offer a collaborative practice environment, a strong referral network, and an established patient base, allowing new providers to build a busy practice quickly. The role offers opportunities in medical optometry, comprehensive eye care, or co-managing surgical patients, enabling practice at the highest level of training with support from an experienced team dedicated to clinical excellence.

Requirements

  • Full-time Optometrist
  • OD/MD Practice
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
  • Licensed to practice optometry in Michigan
  • Ability to practice medical optometry, comprehensive eye care, or co-manage surgical patients
  • Willingness to practice at the highest level of training
