The practice provides comprehensive eye exams and care for a wide range of needs, including eye diseases, eye conditions, children’s vision care, and ongoing preventive eye health. As the practice continues to grow and expand access to quality care, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, practice in a collaborative environment, and make a lasting impact in the community. You’ll join an established team supported by tenured optometrists, experienced staff, and a dedicated Practice Manager who helps ensure smooth daily operations so you can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
  • 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
  • Current California optometry license
