About The Position

This thriving practice is seeking a passionate Associate Optometrist to join its dynamic team. The position involves delivering high-quality optometry services and exceptional patient care. The candidate will conduct eye examinations, diagnose vision conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses while fostering strong patient relationships. Requirements

A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained is required, along with Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent (T.P.A.) and Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Agent (D.P.A.) certification
4th-year students encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing eye conditions
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities
A positive, caring demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care
Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a supportive team
Desire for longevity and stability within the practice

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional eye care to a diverse patient population
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe corrective lenses
Collaborate closely with a skilled team of opticians, technicians, and patient care coordinators
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment provided to enhance patient experience
Maintain a patient-centric approach that emphasizes care, comfort, and satisfaction
Engage in open communication with colleagues and share insights to foster a friendly workplace
Manage a patient schedule of 10-16 appointments, with follow-ups 2-3 times per week
