Requirements

A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained is required.
Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing eye conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient comprehensive optometric services, including preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate with a professional team to ensure exceptional patient care in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
Participate in outreach and off-site health care programs within the community.
Complete required documentation and assigned tasks on time using electronic health records.
Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations while adhering to current disease management protocols.
Facilitate necessary referrals and represent the organization's values and mission.

Competitive base pay range of $130,000.00 to $150,000.00, depending on experience.
