About The Position

Ballard Optical is seeking a compassionate and motivated Optometrist committed to serving patients through excellent personalized care to achieve optimal eye health. You’ll have the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry and promote good ocular health through patient education. The position is part-time, ideally looking for someone to work 1-3 days per week from December 1, 2026 to April 1, 2027, with the opportunity to continue after that. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and compassion for patient health and safety. In addition, the ideal candidate will want to continuously develop skills through mentorship with experienced doctors and be willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.

Requirements
