About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused, dynamic full-time Optometrist for an independent optometry practice affiliated with Warby Parker and located adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location. The Optometrist practices under the clinical direction of the practice’s supervising optometrist(s) and works closely with the store team to provide high-quality care, build meaningful patient relationships, and contribute to the practice’s success. The role combines comprehensive eye care with patient education, team collaboration, support for the exam business, and a commitment to an excellent patient experience. The position uses modern digital exam lanes and electronic medical record tools. The practice may offer eligible full-time employees benefits and programs similar to those available to Warby Parker employees. Compensation includes a competitive base salary or hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees; the posting does not provide a specific pay range.
