The practice is known for delivering outstanding service, advanced technology, and a diverse patient base—no two days are the same! The role offers autonomy and variety, allowing practice of full-scope optometry from routine exams to ocular disease management without corporate restrictions. It utilizes the latest equipment, including Optos, autorefractor, I-care tonometry, virtual visual field, red light therapy, and IPL, with training provided as needed. The position fosters community connection by building meaningful, long-term patient relationships in an authentic small-town atmosphere. Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
- Strong clinical competence and professionalism
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Optical/revenue awareness and reliability
- Passion for outstanding patient care
Nice To Haves
- Interest in medical optometry, dry eye, or specialty contact lenses is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Practice full-scope optometry, including routine exams and ocular disease management.
