We are opening a new location in Naperville this fall and are seeking a passionate, patient-focused Optometrist to join us from the start.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Store Manager to develop strategies that increase patient volume and exam fill-rate
Network and build relationships within the Naperville community and market
Deliver thorough, high-quality eye exams with a focus on patient experience
Make lens and product recommendations to patients directly from the exam chair
Complete a quality handoff of patients back to the retail team following each exam
Utilize downtime to engage with potential patients and collaborate with the team on the sales floor
