About The Position

This is a full-time sublease opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded Optometrist to help launch and manage a new practice in Longview, Washington. The lease is expected to begin later this year, with the location anticipated to open between mid-December and mid-January. The role involves serving as the sublease holder, seeing patients, and leading day-to-day practice operations. The clinic supports exam-based care, including primary eye exams, contact lens fittings, and medical billing support, while allowing independence to shape the patient experience and grow the practice. While a full-time sublease is preferred, employment may be considered if a sublease holder is not identified. This role offers autonomy, ownership, and the ability to build and manage a practice from the ground up.

Requirements

• Active Washington license.
• Motivated, patient-focused Optometrist.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized eye care.
• Ability to create a positive experience for every patient.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Strong understanding of ocular disease and clinical care.
• New graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.
