About The Position
We are seeking a part-time Optometrist to join a well-established practice with an excellent reputation in Newburgh, Indiana (Evansville Metro!). This position offers 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) with additional coverage opportunities when the current OD is on PTO. The role involves a mix of routine eye care and medical optometry, with an expected workload of 22 exams per day plus 3-4 OV's. The practice utilizes OCT, Visual Field, Optos, and EMR systems.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in all states.
- Must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School.
- Must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine eye care.
- Conduct medical optometry examinations.
- Utilize OCT, Visual Field, Optos, and EMR systems.
- Provide coverage during the current OD's PTO.
