This is an exciting opportunity for an Optometrist to help shape the patient experience at a new Clermont location while delivering thoughtful, comprehensive eye care in one of Central Florida’s most welcoming communities. Eyedeal Vision is a family-owned private practice in Clermont, Florida, with more than 30 years of trusted community care. Since 1992, the practice has earned a strong reputation for exceptional, patient-centered eye care built on lasting relationships, honest recommendations, and the time needed to support each patient’s best visual and ocular health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join the practice as it launches and grows its Clermont location while continuing the high-quality experience that has made its established practice successful for decades. With trained support staff, advanced technology, and a collaborative team culture, doctors are empowered to practice the way they were trained while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As the Clermont location grows, doctors can expect a manageable schedule starting at approximately 8–12 patients per day, with planned growth to 16–20 patients per day and opportunities to support the continued expansion of medical optometry services throughout Central Florida.

Requirements

  • Optometry degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Florida optometry license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professionalism.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Genuine interest in building lasting patient relationships and becoming a trusted provider in the Clermont community.
  • Compassionate, relationship-driven, and motivated by quality care over high-volume production.

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams.
