Requirements

Licensed Optometrist in New Jersey
Confident in caring for a diverse patient base.
Manage approximately 25 to 30 patients per day.
Strong clinical judgment.
Clear communication.
Collaborative mindset.
Enthusiastic about staying current with advancements in optometry.
Creating personalized treatment plans.
Working closely with opticians, technicians, and administrative team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
Genuine passion for helping others.
Desire to grow alongside the practice.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and medical eye exams.
Conduct contact lens fittings.
Prescribe medications as appropriate.
Care for a diverse patient base across all ages and visual needs.
Collaborate closely with opticians and administrative team members to deliver a seamless, compassionate experience for every patient.
