EyeZone South Reno is seeking a skilled Optometrist to help meet growing demand for care in a respected, community-rooted practice. Requirements
- Licensed O.D. in the practicing state is required.
- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive optometric care while ensuring consistent clinical excellence, outstanding patient experiences, and strong support for practice operations.
- Deliver thorough eye examinations.
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions.
- Collaborate closely with office teams.
- Adapt to varying patient volumes, staffing needs, and practice environments.
- Practice full-scope optometry, caring for patients across age groups and a wide range of visual and medical conditions.
- Provide accurate diagnoses using the latest technology.
- Recommend vision-enhancing solutions.
- Educate patients on healthy vision and preventive care.
