Requirements

  • Compassionate, clinically skilled optometrist with experience in primary eye care, myopia management, and the treatment of ocular disease.
  • Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a patient-first approach to every exam.
  • Ability to take time to understand each patient’s needs and recommend personalized care.
  • Enjoy building trusted relationships with returning patients.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary eye care, myopia management, and treatment for ocular disease in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
  • Care for a diverse patient base across a wide range of ages and visual needs, typically seeing 10 to 20 patients per day while building trusted relationships with returning patients.
  • Use advanced diagnostic technology, including Optos, OCT, topography, and other tools, to support accurate diagnoses, personalized treatment plans, and a high-quality patient experience.
  • Work closely with opticians, technicians, and administrative team members to ensure seamless care from exam through follow-up.
  • Contribute to the practice’s continued growth in areas such as myopia management and future dry eye services.
