About The Position
Visionworks is seeking an ambitious and passionate Optometrist to provide excellent patient care. As an employed optometrist, you will focus on patient care while Visionworks handles business operations such as insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring & training, and administrative work. You will have access to advanced diagnostic technology and support staff to ensure a fulfilling career and work-life balance.
Requirements
- Outstanding Optometrist with a primary goal to provide excellent patient care.
- Ambitious and passionate.
- Excellent clinical and people skills.
- Committed to providing patients with the highest level of care and a wide range of services.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
- Valid state license to practice optometry.
- DEA registration.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, visual and medical conditions.
- Perform patient examinations.
- Recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings.

- Collaborate with staff members to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare.
- Provide contact lens care and fittings.
