About The Position

Kintegra Health is seeking an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist (Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)) to join their team. This role involves leading the Optometry Program and providing vision services to pediatric and adult patients on a mobile unit. The mobile clinic will travel to schools and established Kintegra Family Medicine and Senior TLC locations on a rotating schedule, conducting all screenings and services within the unit. The position also includes providing mobile vision services to students through the Vision Access Program, which aims to provide sight to children with vision impairment. The mobile clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art optometry apparatuses and is designed for optimal patient workflow. • Endorsed by the North Carolina State Board of Optometry
• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Optometry Program
• Provide vision services to pediatric and adult patients on a mobile unit.

• Provide mobile vision services to students through our Vision Access Program (The VAP is made possible through its collaboration with school personnel and inspired by its mission to provide the gift of sight to children with vision impairment).
